Ningbo Foundry Industry Youth Entrepreneurs Working Committee First 2025 Work Conference Successfully Held

Ningbo Foundry Industry Association Secretary-General Lv Zhitao Delivers Welcoming Speech  Secretary-General  

Lv Zhitao of the Ningbo Foundry Industry Association delivered a welcoming address, introducing the background and agenda of the conference. He briefly analyzed the current opportunities and challenges facing the foundry industry, emphasizing that innovation is the key driver for sector development. He called for collaborative efforts between the association and enterprises to research and explore new development strategies.  

The conference began with an invitation to Zhou Mengkai, Project Manager of Ningbo Oude International Business Consulting Services Co., Ltd., to present an "Introduction to Key 2025 Exhibitions in the Foundry Industry." Jin Zhikun, Vice Director and Secretary-General of the Foundry Youth Entrepreneurs Committee and General Manager of Ningbo Fenghua Tongda Innovative Alloy Technology Co., Ltd., chaired the exchange session. He shared innovative case studies in enterprise development and urged attendees to embrace responsibility and actively innovate in the new era, contributing to the transformation and upgrading of the foundry industry.  Leaders including Tang Xiangge (General Manager of Cixi Zhonghuan Machinery Factory), Hua Sheng (General Manager of Ningbo Jisheng Foundry Co., Ltd.), Li Liangbo (General Manager of Ningbo Jinqiu Electromechanical Foundry Co., Ltd.), Qiu Danhong (General Manager of Ningbo XinHong Machinery Co., Ltd.), and He Shenghua (General Manager of Ningbo Shuyi Industrial Link Technology Co., Ltd.) delivered speeches. They shared experiences in enterprise management, technological innovation, market expansion, and digital transformation.  

To strengthen collaboration and exchange among young entrepreneurs, the conference organized interactive discussions, focusing on topics such as  "How to Jointly Address Market Challenges."

During the conference, the **"Only Luxury, Because of You – E-Class" 2025 Mercedes-Benz Ningbo Lixinghang February Long-Wheelbase E-Class Test Drive Event** was also held. Young entrepreneurs are expected to uphold the spirit of "Leaping into New Achievements, Casting Dreams Together," continuously innovate, and strive courageously to make greater contributions to the prosperity and development of the foundry industry.
